Simba is currently looping on locked filesets, waiting for them to be freed indefinitely.

I'm not sure if that was a good idea. Maybe we should just skip them (after all, if they are currently being backed up, it probably makes little sense to start the next backup immediately afterwards), or at least set a reasonable timeout.
